It all started during the lockdown period….
Those very days Anja and Francesco wanted, however, to ensure pleasant days for their three children. So they decided to cook together, and every day the challenge was to bring something always different to the table, going in search of new scents and tastes. And what started as a simple game, just for fun against boredom, became a daily ritual. The TubeORIGINAL story begins, then, in the small home kitchen where the flavors, memories, emotions and smiles of the family meet … and then everyone rushes to the table. And it is precisely at the table that one forgets about everything else, gives flavor to life and is, simply, close giving shape and taste to creativity. When it was clear that one was happy for giving color even to those particularly gray days, it was that the magic was complete.
Right away, Anja and Francesco started thinking about how to transform their own search for flavors and aromas into something that could accompany their families on a daily basis. And this is where the idea of creating creams to be used to flavor everyday dishes was born; creams that would capture the scents and essences of fresh basil, truffles from Norcia to perhaps black pepper from Cambodia, taking them around the world by simply sitting at the table.
