It all started during the lockdown. Anja and Francesco wanted to make those long days pleasant for their three children, so they began cooking together, and every day the challenge was to bring something new to the table, in search of new scents and tastes. What started as a game against boredom became a daily ritual, in a small home kitchen in Spoleto, Umbria, where flavours, memories and smiles meet.
From there came the idea of turning that search into something for every family: gourmet spreads that capture the scents of fresh basil, truffles from Norcia or black pepper from Cambodia, and take them around the world simply by sitting at the table. TubeORIGINAL calls it the new food experience: high-quality ingredients, respect for the seasons and exclusive recipes.
Truffle is the heart of the range: truffle sauce, white truffle cream, truffle butter, truffle honey and PÜRO, pure summer truffle. Alongside it come spreads with red onion, Mediterranean tuna, Nocellara olives, porcini mushrooms, Calabrian chili pepper and Genoese pesto, plus sweet creams with nuts and chocolate. They are ready to use and need no chef skills, and many are also available in larger formats for professionals.

TubeORIGINAL has received the “Linee Gourmet” award at the Italy Food Awards and recognition at the Ecommerce Food Conference, and has exhibited at Cibus, Vinitaly, I Primi d’Italia and Horecava.
