Pesto alla Genovese without garlic, made with Basilico Genovese DOP.
A high-basil formulation at 39% Basilico Genovese DOP, the protected-origin basil of the Ligurian coast, blended with extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Pecorino Romano DOP. No garlic, for a milder flavor. Cold-processed, so it keeps the fresh aroma and the green colour of just-made pesto. Gluten free.
Format guidance: the 100 g jar suits specialty retail and table service. For line production, the 180 g jar gives a better cost per portion.
