35% yellowfin tuna (FAO 37) in a slow fondo of red and white wine, with extra virgin olive oil, tomato concentrate, anchovies, capers, garlic and wild fennel. Fully seasoned.
Specs: 90 g, case of 24, shelf life 24 months, Campania (Italy).
