Green olive patè with toasted almonds, from Sicily.
Green olives (85%) blended with toasted almonds (5%), extra virgin olive oil, salt and lactic acid as acidity regulator, with no preservatives or thickeners and 100% Sicilian ingredients. The almonds soften the sharpness of the olives and give the patè a creamier body. It is made by Azienda Agricola Mirto in Mazara del Vallo, in the province of Trapani, whose patè range is certified organic.
