Plump artichokes (71%, Italian origin) chopped into a creamy spread and made more indulgent by crunchy walnuts (5%), with parsley, lemon juice, garlic and extra virgin olive oil, plus a little wine vinegar. Rustic and appetising. No preservatives, additives or colourings.
