Tartufata Sala is a unique cream to spread on crostini or add to pasta sauce (white meat sauce, tomato sauce). Magnificent with eggs and raw on pizza.
To season pasta or even for pizza for two people 40/50g of truffle is recommended, for four people 80/100g.
