Condiment with turnip tops, a product of ancient local tradition, prepared with turnip tops grown in Salento, garlic and a pinch of chilli. Tasty and enveloping taste. (Bruschettona because in coarse pieces, try it on a stracchino-based crostone or to season pasta).

Once opened, keep refrigerated and treat as a fresh product.
Turnip tops 75% (Italian origin) – Extra virgin olive oil – Lemon juice – WHITE WINE (contains sulphites) – Garlic – Salt – Chilli.

On the pasta: drain the turnips from the oil and pour them directly on the pasta (orecchiette are ideal), cooked al dente and well drained. You can also add small pieces of anchovy fillet. As a side dish for meat and cheeses, with legumes, on bread, canapés, bruschetta, with a base of spreadable cheese, as a topping for pizzas and focaccias.
