TRAINING SYSTEM.
Apulian “Alberello”
VINIFICATION.
Vinification in red. After the crushing of the grapes the must makes the maceration on the skins for 15 days. The maceration temperature is maintained between 24-26°C.
AGEING.
36 months in buried tanks, 12 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES.
It is ideal with important roasts, paired with tasty aged cheeses and dishes of great Italian cuisine
FOOD PAIRING.
Ideal with stewed game and grilled meats.
You should serve at 18°C.

Unfiltered wine with natural decantation, decanting is recommended.
