Entirely Apulian, grandma’s taralli with ancient grains with fennel seeds, genuine, at km 0.
From ancient cereals ( Farro dicocco , Riminia Salentino , Senatore cappelli , Majorca) cultivated in Puglia milled and processed in the heart of Salento.
It is an artisanal flour from “Il Mulino Calogiuri” obtained from the mixture of grains then ground with a stone mill.
Short chain product.
Ingredients: Flour of ancient stone-milled grains (Majorca, emmer, Riminia, Senatore Cappelli), semolina, virgin olive oil, fennel seeds, brewer’s yeast, salt.
