In a professional kitchen the bag in box is the cleanest way to work with a large quantity of oil: the tap pours exactly what is needed, and the bag collapses as it empties, so the oil left inside stays protected from air. Use it for cooking, dressing and refilling table bottles.
Specs 5 L (4580 g), case of 2, organic, unfiltered, Puglia (Italy)
The bag in box is a format with a clear sustainability story: when several bags are ordered the producer ships them in a single reusable outer carton, and the tap reduces oxidation compared with a tin that is opened many times. It appeals to families who use a lot of oil and to customers who care about packaging. Offer it on order alongside the bottles of the same oil.

Organic extra virgin olive oil from Puglia, in a 5 litre bag in box with tap.
The bag in box keeps the oil away from light and oxygen down to the last drop, and the dispensing tap limits oxidation during daily use. The oil comes from the farm's own groves in the Valle d'Itria, in Puglia, both centuries-old trees and traditional orchards. The blend is Leccino, Picholine, Coratina, Oliana, Arbosana and Cima di Melfi. The olives are picked from October onwards when the skin turns slightly pink, milled within a few hours in the farm's own mill with a two-phase continuous system, cold extracted and left to settle naturally. The oil is unfiltered and certified organic by Bioagricert. In the glass it is light green with golden reflections; the taste is sweet and slightly peppery, with a delicate hint of tomato.

Luisa Pantaleo's organic farm extends over 150 hectares at Speziale di Fasano, Puglia, along the Dune Costiere Regional Park. Here the family grows, harvests and processes everything: tomato passata and sauces, organic olive oil from its own mill, preserves, jams and legumes.
