Agro’s everyday oil, soft and easy to pair, in a 250 ml bottle.
The producer presents its mild blend, sold as Dolce, as the oil for every day. Leccino gives a sweet, rounded body and Favolosa a fresh fruitiness with herbaceous notes; the taste is balanced, with a light pungency. It is made in Surbo, near Lecce, from olives picked still green, harvested in Italy and cold extracted by mechanical means only, then stored in stainless steel silos under nitrogen. Dark cylindrical glass bottle.
For restaurants and chefs. A gentle oil fits dishes where a strong one would cover the main ingredient: raw fish, white fish carpaccio, steamed vegetables, mozzarella or a simple potato salad. The producer recommends it on both hot and cold dishes. As a 250 ml bottle it can go on the table so guests dress their own salads. Pair it with the Intense blend when a menu calls for one soft and one bold oil.
For specialty and Italian stores. Most shoppers start from a mild oil, so the Mild blend is the easier first sale in an Apulian range. The 250 ml size keeps the ticket small and works as an add-on at the till or in a gift box. Staff can explain it in one line: Leccino for softness, Favolosa for freshness. Customers who like it can move up to the 750 ml bottle.
