In the kitchen the 500 ml bottle covers both cooking and finishing without sitting open for weeks. The sweet, rounded taste with a light peppery note makes it versatile: dress salads and raw vegetables, finish pasta dishes and soups, or use it for gentle sautéing. Keep it away from light and heat between services.
Specs 500 ml (458 g), case of 6, organic, unfiltered, Puglia (Italy)
The half-litre bottle is the format most households buy for daily use, so it becomes a repeat purchase once a customer likes the taste. The farm story, from the olive grove to the farm's own mill, is concrete and easy to repeat at the shelf. Suggest it with dried pasta and tomato passata from the same producer as a complete Puglia set.

Organic extra virgin olive oil from Puglia, in a 500 ml bottle.
The 500 ml bottle is the everyday format of the farm's oil. The oil comes from the farm's own groves in the Valle d'Itria, in Puglia, both centuries-old trees and traditional orchards. The blend is Leccino, Picholine, Coratina, Oliana, Arbosana and Cima di Melfi. The olives are picked from October onwards when the skin turns slightly pink, milled within a few hours in the farm's own mill with a two-phase continuous system, cold extracted and left to settle naturally. The oil is unfiltered and certified organic by Bioagricert. In the glass it is light green with golden reflections; the taste is sweet and slightly peppery, with a delicate hint of tomato.

Luisa Pantaleo's organic farm extends over 150 hectares at Speziale di Fasano, Puglia, along the Dune Costiere Regional Park. Here the family grows, harvests and processes everything: tomato passata and sauces, organic olive oil from its own mill, preserves, jams and legumes.
