Cooked slowly in a pot, with a base of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, onion and carrot, then the good “Roma” type tomato pulp and the round taste of cow’s milk ricotta. Last touch, a few leaves of parsley and a pinch of salt. Just what you do at home. Lightly sautéed onion and carrot and an addition of parsley.
