Our Casareccia Olive and Capers Sauce is a triumph of Mediterranean aromas: on a lightly fried onion, a shower of capers and black olives, then the good “Roma” type tomato pulp and the tantalizing scent of fennel and parsley.

Ready to use: uncork and pour into a pan, over the drained pasta al dente; jump for a minute over high heat. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, grated cheese and serve.
