To hang in the pantry, as it once was. Ready to use: uncork and pour over the pasta! Our Casareccia Sauce with Ricotta ‘scante has the irresistible and slightly spicy flavor of this ancient ingredient: it is a thick cream obtained from the natural fermentation of cow’s milk ricotta. A tasty seasoning for many dishes, first of all the barley orecchiette or the sagne ‘ncannulate’ with sauce of our family Sundays.
