Description
Summer truffle, ground, at 70%.
Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) makes up 70% of the jar, ground and preserved with olive oil, salt, natural flavouring and pepper. The producer presents it as truffle in its pure form, ready to enrich any dish.
For restaurants and chefs. Add it at the end of cooking, as the producer recommends: on tagliolini, fettuccine, risotto or gnocchi, on meat and eggs, on bruschetta and crostini, with aged cheese, grilled vegetables or a gourmet pizza. A teaspoon gives visible truffle on the plate, which a sauce or an aroma cannot do.
For specialty and Italian stores. This is the most concentrated truffle product in the range, for customers who want truffle itself rather than a truffle-flavoured sauce. The price is higher, and the 70% declaration is the reason to give at the counter. It sells as a gift and to keen home cooks, and pairs with fresh egg pasta.
