Cime di rapa, the 'poor princess' of Puglia.
Turnip tops grown in Salento (75%), cut by hand and preserved in extra virgin olive oil with garlic, a pinch of chili, salt and a drop of lemon juice and white wine for natural acidity. A product of old local tradition, tasty and enveloping. The pieces are coarse, which is why the producer calls it a 'bruschettona'. No preservatives, additives or colourings.
