Spinach flour
The spinach powder of Mulino Calogiuri is obtained from dried spinach and does not contain additives and preservatives, it is excellent for making soups and creams; it can be mixed, in small percentages, with other flours to prepare pasta, gnocchi, bread, pizzas, savory and sweet baked goods.
Curiosity: it takes 13.5 kg of fresh spinach to obtain 1 kg of spinach flour!
It may contain traces of gluten, soy, sesame, and nuts.
