Produced from wheat grown, milled and processed in Italy.

Tritordeum flour from ” Il Mulino Calogiuri “

Flour obtained from the cross between durum wheat and a variety of wild barley. However, this natural and non-GMO cereal has excellent organoleptic characteristics: it contains a rather high percentage of proteins and easily resists climatic adversities and has a low carbohydrate ratio, it also has a high level of lutein and fructans and is rich in fiber. Today, thanks to the sensitivity towards products that have not undergone genetic mutations, interest in this variety has been born.

To better protect the organoleptic and nutritional properties, it is recommended to keep in the fridge.
