A light soffritto of organic onion, then organic green olives (9.5%) and capers (1.1%), and organic Roma-type tomato (80%, Italian origin), cooked slowly in organic extra virgin olive oil and adjusted with salt. Green olives make it fresher and milder than the black olive version of the casareccia line. Certified organic; no preservatives, thickeners or added sugar.
For restaurants and chefs. A savoury organic sauce for spaghetti or fusilli, ready after a minute in the pan with a drizzle of olive oil. It matches grilled white fish and baked swordfish as a quick Mediterranean sauce. A good vegan option with real flavour on an organic menu.
