Our ORGANIC Olive and Capers sauce is a triumph of Mediterranean aromas: on a lightly fried onion, a shower of capers and green olives, then the good pulp of ORGANIC tomatoes such as “Roma”. Cooked in a pot, slowly, and seasoned with salt. The traceability of the supply chain is guaranteed.
WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR, OR TOMATO CONCENTRATE.
Pasteurized product. Shelf life is 24 months when closed.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and treat as a fresh product.
