Rustic sauce with whole cherry tomatoes, pink in color due to the presence of cacio (pecorino cheese). Very tasty, spicy due to the presence of black pepper. Slowly sautéed onion and slow cooking. Dense and pulpy, it is ideal for seasoning 2/3 portions of pasta.
