Luisa Pantaleo Agricoltura BiologicaTomato jam works as a mostarda-style condiment for boiled and roasted meats, red or white. Serve it with aged and semi-aged cheeses, with salumi and rustic antipasti, or spoon it onto crostini with ricotta for an unexpected aperitivo bite. Its acidity and vanilla aroma also make it a talking point on a tasting menu. The 150 g jar is enough for several cheese plates and easy to store on the line.
Specs 150 g, case of 6, shelf life 36 months, organic, Puglia (Italy)
Allergens none declared by the producer
A sweet jam made from tomatoes surprises customers, and that curiosity is the selling argument. Offer a taste at the counter with a piece of cheese and the jar usually sells itself. It suits gift baskets built around Puglia, next to pasta, passata and olive oil, and the small format keeps the price easy for an impulse purchase. A shelf life of 36 months from production leaves time to build the habit with regular customers.

Organic Regina tomato jam with lemon and vanilla.
Pomodoro Regina is the Apulian tomato traditionally hung in bunches to keep through the winter. Luisa Pantaleo uses it here for a sweet preserve: the organic tomatoes are washed in steel tanks, cooked slowly with cane sugar until set, then blended and finished with lemon zest and vanilla. The declared ingredients are organic Regina tomato, organic cane sugar, organic lemon and vanilla. The jam is dark red, with fresh citrus notes, the sweetness of ripe tomato and a soft vanilla finish.

Luisa Pantaleo's organic farm extends over 150 hectares at Speziale di Fasano, Puglia, along the Dune Costiere Regional Park. Here the family grows, harvests and processes everything: tomato passata and sauces, organic olive oil from its own mill, preserves, jams and legumes.
