Description
Quick-cooking fusilli in a 300 g pack, from organic wheat of Puglia and Basilicata.
Two ingredients, organic durum wheat semolina and water, from native wheat varieties that certified farms grow in Puglia and Basilicata. Pasta Orobio in Altamura bronze-draws the dough and dries it at low temperature over long times. Laboratory checks on the semolina come before processing, and analysis finds no detectable mycotoxins in the pasta (below 20 ppb). Cooking time 5 minutes, according to the producer. Store in a cool, dry place.
For restaurants and chefs. A 300 g pack, roughly three servings of 100 g, suits a café menu or a weekly pasta salad. Dress the fusilli with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella, with tuna and olives, or with a courgette and mint pesto. Five minutes of cooking keeps service quick.
For specialty and Italian stores. In the smaller pack, fusilli become a low-cost way for shoppers to try the Orobio range. The quick cooking time suits single households and students, and the shape works well for lunchboxes and pasta salads. The organic and mycotoxin-free claims give staff a clear reason to recommend it.
Format guidance: the 300 g pack is the retail and trial size. Kitchens and frequent buyers get a lower cost per portion from the 500 g pack.
