On the pasta: pour it directly on the pasta (trofie are perfect), cooked al dente and well drained, and drizzle with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh or aged cheese.

On bread and bruschetta, as an appetizer, excellent with cheeses (especially goat cheese).

On pizzas and focaccias, as a filling.
