Description
Organic extra virgin olive oil, a six-variety blend from Puglia, in a 750 ml bottle.
The 750 ml bottle suits both a busy household and a small restaurant. The oil comes from the farm’s own groves in the Valle d’Itria, in Puglia, both centuries-old trees and traditional orchards. The blend is Leccino, Picholine, Coratina, Oliana, Arbosana and Cima di Melfi. The olives are picked from October onwards when the skin turns slightly pink, milled within a few hours in the farm’s own mill with a two-phase continuous system, cold extracted and left to settle naturally. The oil is unfiltered and certified organic by Bioagricert. In the glass it is light green with golden reflections; the taste is sweet and slightly peppery, with a delicate hint of tomato.
For restaurants and chefs. For a small restaurant the 750 ml bottle is a practical working size: enough for a service of dressing, finishing and light cooking. Use it raw on salads, bruschetta and fish, or as the base for pesto, marinades and vinaigrettes, where its sweet and slightly peppery profile stays in the background without covering other flavours.
For specialty and Italian stores. The 750 ml bottle is the classic gift format for olive oil, and a single-farm organic oil from Puglia makes a convincing present. The unfiltered style and the six-variety blend give staff details to share with curious customers. Pair it with a pasta and preserves selection for a gift box, or offer it to regular buyers who cook every day.
