Green olives with Cayenne chilli: a patè with heat that stays in balance.
The base is 85% organic green olives, worked with Cayenne chilli, extra virgin olive oil, salt and lactic acid as acidity regulator. The heat is elegant and never overpowering, and the patè is made with no preservatives or thickeners and 100% Sicilian ingredients. It is made by Azienda Agricola Mirto in Mazara del Vallo, in the province of Trapani, whose patè range is certified organic.
For restaurants and chefs. Heat and olive in one spoon, which saves a step on the pass. Swirl it into aglio e olio or penne with a little cooking water for a spicy olive sauce, or brush it on bruschetta and pizza bianca straight from the oven.
