Special Program - Savorita Retailer Insights Program

How it works (briefly)

Savorita Retailer Insights Program is a special Savorita program for selected retailers in selected markets. It helps you try and sell new brands from Savorita with lower risk, while we collect real-world market feedback.

Here’s how it works: you order one (or more) Taste Savorita ↗️ box selected by Savorita, place the products on your shelves, and sell them as you normally would. After the test period, you share a short, practical feedback based on real store conditions (for example: pricing, early sell-through, and customer reactions).

In return, Savorita sponsors the test: we may cover shipping, provide a fixed €20–€100 cash rebate once your in-store feedback is completed, and may add an extra credit you can use either for a reorder from the same producer or for a second Savorita Taste selection chosen by Savorita.

1) What this program is

Savorita Retailer Insights Program is a limited Savorita program for selected retailers in selected markets. It is designed to help retailers test and sell new Savorita brands with reduced risk, while Savorita collects real market feedback to improve selection, pricing guidance, and future reorders.

2) Who can join

Participation is invite-only and available only in selected markets.

Savorita may accept or decline participants at its discretion to keep the test consistent and manageable.

The offer is intended for retail businesses (not private consumers).

3) What orders are included

The offer applies to Taste Savorita boxes selected by Savorita for this program.

The number of boxes allowed (one or more) and the exact selection are defined in the invitation.

The offer applies only to purchases made through Savorita’s ordering flow (or another method explicitly provided by Savorita for the program).

4) What you commit to do

To receive the benefits, you agree to:

  • Place the products on shelf / on display (or otherwise make them available for sale) and sell them as you normally would.
  • Provide practical market feedback from real store conditions within the requested timeframe.
  • Permission for Savorita to use your comments, business name, and photos as testimonials on its website and marketing materials

5) What feedback we ask for

The required feedback is designed to be quick and practical. It typically includes:

  • 3 or 4 photos of the products displayed in-store, with shelf price visible where possible
  • Retail price used in-store for the products
  • Best performing and worst performing products
  • Customer reactions, if present.
  • A short review of your experience with Savorita
  • A short overall review of each producers’ products

Savorita may provide a simple form or instructions to submit this feedback.

6) Timeframe

The feedback must be submitted within the time window communicated by Savorita (typically 3-4 weeks from delivery, unless stated differently in your invitation).

If feedback is not submitted on time, the program benefits may not be issued.

7) What Savorita provides (the benefits)

The exact benefits you will receive are defined in the invitation.

If you follow the program steps and submit the required feedback in time, Savorita may provide:

A) Shipping sponsorship

Shipping for the eligible Taste order(s) is sponsored by Savorita, either:

  • applied directly (e.g., discounted/covered at checkout),

or

  • reimbursed/credited after delivery,
depending on how the program is set up in your market.

B) Fixed cash rebate (€20–€100)

A fixed cash rebate amount is offered (the exact value is confirmed in the invitation or program page and depends on the single Taste Savorita value).

The rebate is issued only after your feedback is received and confirmed as complete.

C) Extra credit

You may also receive an extra credit to support a follow-up purchase.

The credit can be used either:

  • for a reorder from the same producer,

or

  • for a second Taste selection chosen by Savorita. The second Taste (if used) does not include a cash rebate.

8) Credit rules

  • Credit is not cash and cannot be paid out as money.
  • Credit is not transferable and is intended for the invited retailer only.
  • Credit has an expiry date (shown in the program details or communicated by Savorita). After expiry, unused credit is not available anymore.
  • Credit may be used to cover shipping cost and can be applied up to a maximum of 10% of the total value of a single order.

  • Credit applies only to eligible purchases within Savorita as stated above.

9) Basic limits

The offer is limited in quantity and may be paused or closed once slots are filled.

The offer is typically limited to one participation per retailer (one business entity), unless your invitation clearly allows otherwise.

The offer cannot be combined with other special incentives unless explicitly stated.

10) Verification and misuse

Savorita may ask for clarification if feedback is incomplete or unclear.

If Savorita reasonably believes the program is being misused (for example: fake or recycled photos, repeated participation through different entities, or feedback that does not reflect a real in-store test), Savorita may withhold or cancel the benefits.

11) Taxes and accounting

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rebates or credits in your country.

Savorita may request basic business and payment information needed to issue the cash rebate in a compliant way (e.g.: an invoice).

12) Changes to the program

Savorita may adjust, pause, or end the offer if needed. If you already completed the required steps and submitted feedback within the allowed timeframe, Savorita will still aim to honor the promised benefits as described in your invitation.

13) Support

If you have questions about the eligible Taste selection, how to submit feedback, or how to use your credit, contact Savorita via the support channel provided in your invitation or on the program page.
