Description
It is undoubtedly the most common of the edible truffles, it is found in large quantities practically all year round. The abundance, the ease of conservation and, last but not least, the greater accessibility, make it the most widely used truffle.
It has a pleasant and delicate scent and is very versatile in the kitchen: it can be used ground to season croutons, on pasta-based first courses or to accompany meat.

Ideal for: appetizers, first courses, meat or fish main courses, eggs, stuffing for homemade pasta or an ingredient for pizza dough, focaccia, wraps and dried pasta.
