Description
In a jar, a typically Apulian ready-made dish. The vegetables are cooked over low heat according to tradition, without ever turning but only shaking them with oil, chili, and chopped onion. The result is intended to enhance the dishes it serves as a side dish (meat, cheeses) or to accompany dry pasta, orecchiette in particular.
Ingredients: Turnip tops, olive oil, white wine, onion, salt, vinegar, chili. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
