This fine sauce, composed of black summer truffles, mushrooms and black olives, can be deliciously combined with many “truffle” recipes. It will give each of your dishes a boundless gluttony.
Expiry: 24 months.
Conservation: keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated (+1°/+4° C) and use within 5 days.
Ideal for: starters, first courses, meat main courses, eggs, pizza.
