Stone-milled wholemeal rye flour 500g
It is one of the classic cereals of antiquity. It is assumed that its origin dates back to 2000 – 3000 years ago in the wheat fields of Asia Minor.
Rye is used as a cereal for bread, used to produce alcohol, and as feed, and since 2004/2005 rye is also grown as a fundamental element for the production of bioethanol.
Nutritionally very important, particularly rich in magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. Low in gluten.
Wholemeal rye flour lends itself very well to processing alone or as part of a mix. Excellent for baking and the production of sweets.
Product without preservatives and additives.
Contains gluten. It may contain traces of soy, sesame, and nuts.
