Spirulina flour

The spirulina powder of Mulino Calogiuri is obtained from dried spirulina and does not contain additives and preservatives, it is excellent for making velvety and creams; it can be mixed, in small percentages, with other flours to prepare pasta, gnocchi, bread, pizzas, savory and sweet baked goods.

it can also be used as a chromatic flour to give a touch of color to the preparation
