Description
Porcini mushrooms are processed with chopped aromatic herbs and mixed with delicious olive oil to obtain a cream with a velvety consistency. The taste of the cream remains delicate due to the right balance between the ingredients: the aromatic herbs do not cover the flavor of the mushroom but enhance its qualities.
Expiry: 24 months.
Conservation: keep in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days
Ideal for: white or boiled meats. Slightly warmed up, it is excellent with croutons, and surprising when accompanied with cutlet.
