Heraia presents the preparation for Sicilian pistachio granita. A new solution to have the authentic Sicilian granita directly to your home.
The package contains a liquid pistachio granita to be kept at room temperature before use
To enjoy your granita, place the package in the freezer for about twenty minutes, after which the mixture should be stirred after half an hour and you can choose the preferred consistency of granita to consume. The final phase consists in removing the box from the freezer, taking out the mixture and pouring it to taste it.
Here is our pistachio flavored Sicilian granita. A typically Sicilian dish that thanks to the magic of the Gorgon, it is possible to have at home without the aid of controlled temperature and total freedom of use.
