Description
A coarse mince made without a combination of ingredients, but only with a skilful dosage of Apulian green olives that makes the pate fragrant and tasty. Excellent for quickly seasoning, even at the last moment, in a tasty way pasta and risotto. It goes well with croutons as an appetizer or snack, but it is destined to enhance any dish it serves as a side dish.
Ingredients: Green olives, olive oil, salt, chilli, garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
