Entirely from Puglia, pasterelle with ancient grains, genuine, at km 0.
From ancient cereals ( Farro dicocco , Riminia Salentino , Senatore Cappelli , Majorca) cultivated in Puglia, milled and processed in the heart of Salento.
It is an artisanal flour from “Il Mulino Calogiuri” obtained from the mixture of grains then ground with a stone mill.
Short chain product.
Ingredients : Flour of ancient stone-milled grains, sugar, high-oleic sunflower oil,fresh milk , eggs , ammonia, cream of tartar , vanillin , olive oil, bicarbonate , extra virgin olive oil .
