Description
Spaghetti alla chitarra is a type of pasta typical of Italian cuisine which consists of square section spaghetti; their preparation was born using a rectangular frame of beech wood, called “guitar”, which owes its name to the fact that along its longer sides, thin metal wires are stretched, reminiscent of the strings of a guitar.
