“It was 1965 when my grandmother Graziella began to produce durum wheat pasta in a small emporium in Aradeo, in the heart of Salento. A passion that was soon handed down to my mother Delia who decided to open her first shop to bring on the tables of Salento the taste of a good original, healthy and genuine first course. And then there is me. In 2009 I chose to make my grandmother Graziella and mother Delia’s dream my II, offering everyone the opportunity to taste different types of pasta of the Salento tradition preparing it with the same identical and original recipes, today as then. ”
