Description
Casereccia is a smooth and rolled up format like a small parchment, curved towards the tip. The origin of the name: it evokes the ancient homemade origin, an interpretation of the “busiata pasta” of Arab origin obtained with the “bus”, the thin reed of a plant with which once the pieces of dough were wrapped.
