Homemade ancient grains and beta barley:

Entirely Apulian, homemade with ancient grains and barley enriched with betaglucans, genuine, at km 0.

From ancient cereals (Farro dicocco, Riminia Salentino, Senatore cappelli) with the addition of Beta Barley grown in Puglia milled and processed in the heart of Salento.

It is an artisanal flour from “Il Mulino Calogiuri” obtained from the mixture of grains then ground with a stone mill.

Short chain product.

Ingredients: Flour of selected ancient grains and stone-milled, beta barley flour enriched with 11%.

To obtain benefits on cholesterol levels and ensure a protective factor of the cardio-vascular system, beta-glucans should be taken in quantities of at least 3 grams per day. A 100g serving of our products helps to achieve 3g / day of beta-glucans.
