Description
A recipe that preserves the flavor and aroma of traditional Apulian cuisine. On a simple slice of bread it becomes a delicious bite, not to mention that it is a useful ingredient for the preparation of focaccia, pizzas, panzerotti in good company with olives and capers. Excellent for flavoring a tomato sauce, a peperonata or any savory pie.
Ingredients : Onions, olive oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, balsamic vinegar. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
