Description
Summer truffle ground into grains and preserved in extra virgin olive oil with salt and herbs (without the addition of preservatives). Characterized by an intense aroma which is confirmed on the palate with a strong, never excessive flavour.
Expiry: 24 months from production, consume by the date printed on the package.
Ideal for: pasta dishes such as tagliatelle and risotto or red meat dishes. You can also use it for the preparation of quick appetizers, for example by spreading it on croutons or fried polenta and for filling canapés for an unusual aperitif.
