Heraia presents a new solution to have the authentic Sicilian granita directly at home: the lemon-flavored Sicilian granita mix.
Granita is in a liquid state and can be stored at room temperature. To make your granita, place the box in the freezer for about an hour
After half an hour, stir the mixture and enjoy it immediately if you prefer a softer granita or put it back in the freezer to make it more consistent. The final phase consists in removing the box from the freezer, taking out the mixture and pouring it to taste it.
