Description
The sliced and grilled courgettes are preserved in jars with onion and chilli which give them a fresh and delicious taste. Excellent as an appetizer, snack and side dish to any type of main course.
Ingredients: Zucchini, olive oil, onion, salt, vinegar, chilli.
Acidity regulator: citric acid.
