Description
The Frize is a typical Salento bakery product in the shape of small donuts with “00” whole wheat flour, oat flour, and malted cereals.
Ingredients: “00” whole wheat flour, oat flour, malted cereals, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, flax seeds, millet, sesame seeds, dried sourdough, salt, water, alpha-amylase, E 300, yeast beer, mother yeast, extra virgin olive oil, wine.
NB The product may contain traces of sesame, peanuts, and other nuts. Eggs are used on the farm.
Format: 200 gr.
Pairings: excellent to be enjoyed with tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, with pates, and even on their own as a snack.
