Description
ExtraVergine Sirius oil can Lt. 1 is a typical Salento cold-extracted product, from the combination of Celline di Nardò (20%) and Nociara + Frantoio (80%) olives.
The olives, harvested in mid-October, are transformed into oil within 4 hours. To ensure better quality, the oil is stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.
Medium intense oil to the eye, with a fruity scent of fresh olive tending to herbaceous. On the palate a balanced taste between slightly bitter and slightly spicy.
Recommended pairings: Fresh salads; Vegetable puree; Steamed shellfish, fish soups; Carpaccio of meat and fish white meats – Bruschetta, sauces
