Description
The Sirius extra virgin olive oil in a 250 ml bottle has a varietal composition of Cellina di Nardò (20%) and Nociara + frantoio (80%) olives. The oil is cold-pressed from company olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within 4 hours – stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.
This is a medium intense type of oil with a fruity scent of fresh and herbaceous olive and a slightly bitter and slightly spicy taste. It is recommended for fresh salads, vegetable soups, steamed shellfish, fish soups, meat and fish carpaccio, white meats, bruschetta, and sauces.
