ExtraVergine Polaris oil can Lt. 2  is a  typical Salento oil cold extracted from company olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within 4 hours, stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.

Polaris extra virgin olive oil has a varietal composition of Celllina di Nardò (60%) and Leccino (40%)

Delicate oil, with a slightly fruity scent with aromatic notes of hazelnuts and almonds. Soft taste, a little bitter and a little spicy
