ExtraVergine Polaris oil can Lt.1 is a typical Salento oil cold extracted from company olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within the following 4 hours, stored in stainless steel silos, and filtered before packaging.
It is composed of a variety of olives, such as Celllina di Nardò (60%) and Leccino (40%)
Delicate oil with a slightly fruity scent, with notes of hazelnuts and almonds. On the palate a soft, slightly bitter, and slightly spicy taste
Recommended combinations: Fresh salad, pinzimonio; Boiled vegetables, boiled potatoes, steamed fish – Pesto, bagna caoda – Barley soup, vegetable soup – Frying – Pastry
