Description
Polaris extra virgin olive oil in a 250 ml bottle presents a varietal composition of Leccino and Cellina di Nardò olives. The oil is cold-pressed from company olives harvested in mid-October and transformed into oil within 4 hours – stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.
This is a type of oil with intense yellow color, with a slightly fruity scent, and a sweet flavor with a slight aftertaste of leaves.
It is recommended for the first and second courses based on fish and vegetables and boiled meats.
